Announcing the NEW One Visit Plan (OVP)
CroppMetcalfe is excited to announce a new option for our Preferred Service Policy customers - a One Visit Plan! Instead of scheduling two separate maintenance visits, now our valued customers will be able to choose a One Visit Plan. During this visit, a 5-Star Technician will check both your HEATING and COOLING systems throughout the same call. Here are some FAQ's to help further explain the program:

Q: I prefer the two visit plan, do I HAVE to switch to the One Visit Plan?
A: Of course not! If you would like to stick with the Two Visit Plan you are certainly welcome to! With the OVP, we are just looking to give our customers options that work best for them.
Q: Why is CroppMetcalfe offering one combined maintenance now for their Preferred Service Policies?
A. It's actually based on feedback from our existing customers. We know our customers have busy lives and they have things they'd rather be doing than staying at home for two service appointments throughout the year. Now, they can schedule ONE heating and cooling check and they'll be set for the entire year, no matter when the first heat wave or cold snap hits.
Q: Does this effect priority service for PSP customers?
A. No. Even if you have the One Visit PSP, you'll still get priority service in an emergency when your heating or cooling system isn't working.
Q: I've heard for years that you need a pre-season check on both units. Is this not true anymore?
A. There have been great advances in home comfort technology, which is another reason we are able to offer the One Visit Plan. A heating and cooling maintenance will check ALL components of both systems. In fact, many of the checks that are performed during a traditional heating or cooling check are actually inspections of the same components, so they can be done at the same time during a combined check to save time.
